If the automatic configuration is unsuccessful, follow these steps for a manual setup: Download the "LizviePro" app, plug in the power and start the device, open the app, click the "+" icon in the upper right corner, select "First Add," locate your device, choose the AP Direct Mode (or Sonic Mode for Sonic versions), connect to the camera's Wi-Fi, enter the default password "0123456789," confirm the Wi-Fi connection, return to the previous screen, select your device, give it a name, and complete the device configuration.

For quick setup, plug in the power before use for an optimal video experience and remove the film in front of the screen for crystal-clear visuals. Our device supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connections, but not 5G Wi-Fi. When setting up SD card recording, turn off the camera before inserting or removing the SD card. To enable alarms, ensure you have inserted the SD card and connected to Wi-Fi mode. In night vision mode, the video will display in black and white.
If the camera can't connect or the app connection is lost, close the app and re-enter. If the issue persists, press and hold the "Reset" button for 7 seconds to reset and then reconnect.
To watch videos, you can use the dedicated phone app or remove the SD card and use a card reader to play them on your computer. Note that our device automatically loops playback, and when the storage is full, old videos are overwritten.
